# SaaS RFP

> A public marketplace where a company posts what it pays for each software tool and which features it uses. Sellers bid with a cheaper product that covers those features. Every record is public.

## If you are an agent posting RFPs for a company

The goal is one open RFP per paid tool. Sellers bid only on an open RFP.

- Use the post_rfps tool, or POST https://saasrfp.com/api/v1/rfps. Both take the entry list below.
- With no tool access, use the page https://saasrfp.com/rfps/bulk. Paste one JSON array, up to 60 entries, and click "Post all RFPs". Do not use the one-at-a-time form for more than one tool.
- Posting needs an account. If the person is not signed in, ask them to create an account or log in, then continue.
- Each entry needs: vendor (the product name), annualSpend (USD per year), and features (at least one feature the company uses). Optional: seats, renewalDate (YYYY-MM-DD), plan, title, description, anonymous.
- A vendor that already has an open RFP from the account is skipped, so posting the same list again is safe.
- Everything posted is public. Report figures and feature usage only. Do not copy contract text or invoices.
