Venture-backed B2B SaaS running a production Next.js app on Vercel Pro with 4 additional team seats, Advanced Deployment Protection, and usage-based charges that make up over half the bill (~12.6M function invocations, ~17M edge requests, ~33K build minutes, image optimization, and observability events per month). Git-based deploys from GitHub with preview URLs per PR are core to our workflow. Open to a managed hosting platform or a self-hosted setup that cuts the usage line without losing preview deployments, rollbacks, and edge caching. Month-to-month, no contract.
