Notice and takedown

Report content that should not be here. You do not need an account. Last updated 7 September 2026.

Who can file a notice

Anyone. A company whose confidential terms were posted usually has no SaaS RFP account. You do not need one to use this procedure.

How to file a notice

Use either route:

  • Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the details below.
  • Use the Report control on the page itself. It asks for the same details and it accepts an email address if you are not signed in.

What to send

  1. The URL of the RFP, bid, product or profile you are reporting.
  2. What is wrong with it, in your own words.
  3. Which category it falls under (see below).
  4. A statement that you have standing to complain: for example, that you are the company whose confidential terms were posted, or an authorised representative of that company.
  5. An email address we can reply to.

Categories

  • Confidential or NDA-restricted information. The content discloses pricing, terms or other information that is subject to a non-disclosure agreement, a confidentiality clause or a similar restriction.
  • Inaccurate information. The content states a figure, a claim or a fact that is wrong.

We also accept notices about spam and impersonation. Use the same route and say which one applies.

Timeline

  • We aim to acknowledge your notice within 2 business days.
  • We aim to decide it within 5 business days.

What happens

  1. We hide the content from public pages while we review it. Nothing is deleted. The original poster and an administrator can still see it.
  2. We tell the original poster. The reason appears on their workspace at /workspace, next to the hidden item, the next time they sign in.
  3. The poster may dispute the decision by email. We review the dispute and record it against the original notice.
  4. We decide. If the notice is upheld, the content stays hidden. If the notice is rejected, the content is restored.
  5. We record the outcome. The poster sees it on their workspace. A complainant who gave an email address is answered at that address.

If your content was hidden

If you posted the content and you believe the decision is wrong, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the URL and your reasons. The hidden item and the reason are shown on your workspace at /workspace. Disputes are reviewed by an administrator; there is no self-service appeal. Before you dispute, check that you have the right to disclose the information. See your representations when you post.

What we cannot do

Public content may already be cached or indexed by search engines. Hiding it on SaaS RFP removes it from our pages, but we cannot remove copies held by third parties.
