Calendly pricing in 2026, and cheaper alternatives for teams
Calendly is often one of the smaller lines in a software budget, which is why nobody looks at it. But it's billed per seat, so a sales or recruiting team of 30 people on the Teams plan pays real money every year for what is mostly round-robin scheduling. Here's what each plan costs today, what you actually get at each tier, and where cheaper tools cover the same features.
All prices below were checked on the vendors' own pricing pages on 13 October 2026. Prices change, so confirm them before you negotiate.
Calendly's plans
From Calendly's pricing page:
| Plan | Listed price | Who it's for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | One person, one event type |
| Standard | $10 per seat per month | Individuals who need more than one event type |
| Teams | $16 per seat per month | Teams that share and route meetings |
| Enterprise | Starts at $15,000 a year | 50 seats and up |
The Standard and Teams prices are marked "Save 17%" and "Save 20%", which shows they are the discounted annual-billing rates. Paying month to month costs more.
What each tier adds
Free gives you one event type, one calendar connection and one-on-one meetings only. There's no round robin, no group meeting types and no reminders.
Standard unlocks unlimited event types, several calendar connections, automated reminders and workflows, multi-person meeting types, HubSpot and Mailchimp connections, and payments through Stripe and PayPal.
Teams is the plan most companies end up on. It adds round-robin distribution, lead routing from forms, centrally managed event types, Salesforce meeting sync, Marketo and Pardot connections, team analytics and admin-managed groups. SSO is available as an add-on.
Enterprise adds SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Salesforce lookup routing, a Microsoft Dynamics connection, onboarding and a dedicated account team. The $15,000 starting price works out to $300 per seat per year at the 50-seat minimum.
The question that decides your bill
Most teams pay for Teams because of one or two features: round robin, or routing forms that send leads to the right rep. Before you renew, check the admin panel for:
- How many seats belong to people who actually take booked meetings
- Whether anyone uses routing forms, or just shared round-robin links
- Whether the Salesforce sync is turned on and relied on
- Whether SSO is a hard requirement from IT, or just a nice-to-have
If your answers are "round robin and a Google or Outlook calendar", plenty of tools cover that for less.
Cheaper alternatives
Cal.com
Cal.com's pricing page lists:
| Plan | Listed price |
|---|---|
| Individuals | Free |
| Teams | $12 per user per month, billed yearly |
| Organizations | $28 per user per month, billed yearly |
| Enterprise | Custom |
The free plan is unusually generous: unlimited event types and calendars, payments, and two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync for one user. Teams adds round robin, collective events, routing forms and booking analytics at $12 against Calendly's $16. Organizations adds SAML SSO and SCIM, which on Calendly means Enterprise or a paid add-on.
SavvyCal
SavvyCal's pricing page lists Basic at $10 per user per month and Premium at $17, both labelled "Save 2 months", so those are the annual rates. Basic already includes team scheduling. Premium adds custom domains, delegated access for assistants and paid bookings.
Google Calendar appointment schedules
If your company already pays for Google Workspace, check appointment schedules before paying for anything. Google says they work on personal and Workspace accounts, though "some appointment schedule features require an eligible Google Workspace or Google One subscription." For simple one-on-one booking links, this can replace Standard seats outright. It doesn't do round robin across a team, so it won't replace Teams.

What to do with this
Even if you're happy with Calendly, these numbers are your leverage. A Teams customer with 30 seats can bring a Cal.com quote to the renewal call and ask Calendly to match it, cut unused seats, or freeze the per-seat price. For the full playbook, see how to negotiate a SaaS renewal.
